Vietnam Rare Earth is a joint venture company with Japan. VREX (rare earth processing and refining factory) refines rare earth, used for electronics, chemical and machine manufacturing industries. Products are exported to Japan.
DELCO is pleased to be trusted by the Investor as a construction contractor for 3 phases of the project.
